Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right:

• Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligible Products: Only unused items in original packaging are eligible for return.
• Non-returnable Items: Used, damaged, or hygiene-related toys cannot be returned.
• Refund Process: Once the product passes inspection, your refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
• Return Charges: Reverse pickup is free for damaged/wrong products. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
